Join author and college professor Dave Tylka on a tour of his yard that includes shade and prairie gardens, glade habitat, a rain garden, and a water feature. Dave’s, Native Landscaping for Wildlife and People, is a “must read” for native gardeners in the Midwest.
Our meetings are open to the public. We hope you’ll join us!
Note 1: Carpooling is strongly encouraged, as parking space is limited. Either make plans with someone else, or meet Brian Hall (click for photo) at 6:00 at the corner of Tesson Ferry and Mattis Road, just south of I-270. We’ll meet in the Dierbergs parking lot – close to the intersection. We’ll try to connect you with other “Wild” folks to share a ride. We’ll need people to drive, too, so please be prepared to take passengers if possible.
Note 2: If you have an easily-transportable lawn chair, please bring it.
