There are many opportunities to volunteer with Wild Ones throughout the year. Whether you’re a native plant guru, just starting out, or somewhere in between, we need your help to spread the news about native plants and Wild Ones, so sign up and dig in!
We have different types of volunteer activities:
- Wild Ones sponsored events, such as the spring plant sale, the garden tour, and the Partners for Native Landscaping workshop
- Tabling events where we set up our display, hand out fliers, engage attendees at the event in discussion
- Invasive plant removal and native plantings, such as the Honeysuckle Sweep, Mallard Lake Project and the Landscape Challenge
- Behind the scenes work like preparing seedlings for distribution at events, gathering boxes for the plant sale, creating packets for distribution
An event chair is listed on each activity to answer any specific questions.
