Walk Among Native Plant Friends at Mo Botanical Garden Sept 18, 2026
Volunteer Coordinators: Brenda Adams and Eileen Graessle
DETAILS:
Friday September 18th, 2026 at 9:30 am
Wild Ones member Eileen Graessle will lead us on a stroll through the garden.
Find new favorite paths through the garden after discovering Missouri native plants flourishing while hidden in plain sight. Learn ecological connections and plant-pollinator friends supporting nature in the City. Develop ideas for incorporating more Missouri native plants into your formal and informal outdoor spaces to craft wildlife niches while taking advantage of all the benefits of native plantings. Native gardening concepts are woven into the Garden stroll sightings.
Stay for lunch at Sassafras if you have the time.
Meet just inside the Main Entrance doors. We think we will have enough memberships to get everyone in without a charge so let Brenda or Eileen know 1) If you have a membership - can you get additional people in on your membership and 2) If you don't have a membership and need an entry ticket.
Hope to see you there.
