Don’t miss out on the third annual St. Louis Native Plant Garden Tour on Saturday, September 16 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Tickets are limited in order to provide a high-quality, educational tour of 10 gardens.
Remaining tickets (Tour booklets) can be purchased only at these four retail sites, which are increasingly emphasizing native plants in their inventories:
- Garden Heights Nursery in Richmond Heights
- Greenscape Gardens & Gifts in Manchester
- Rolling Ridge Nursery in Webster Groves
- Sugar Creek Gardens in Kirkwood
This year, for the first time, you will be able to see the beauty and functioning of late-summer/early-fall native plant gardens. In addition, our self-guided tour of residential gardens in St. Louis focuses on West county locations this year. See examples of:
- Sun and shade gardening
- Wet sites and dry sites
- Bird and butterfly friendly gardens
The weather is expected to be sunny, with a high of 82. So, come enjoy a day of learning and inspiration, along with other native plant garden enthusiasts.
[Editor’s Note: Our Wild Ones – St. Louis Chapter sponsors this event in partnership with Bring Conservation Home, a St. Louis Audubon Society Community Partnership.]
