“Have you heard about Wild Ones?”

“Have you heard about Wild Ones?”

This is a common opening question used by Wild One members who volunteer their time at our informational table at area events. We are again getting into our “busy season” with many upcoming events. We are asking you, our members, to consider spreading the word through volunteering at our table.

Requirements needed: enthusiasm about native plants and the benefits they bring to our neighborhoods, willingness to engage in conversation with those drawn to our table, and a smile showing what a great volunteer you are! All other resources, backup and support provided.

August 30, 2018 HOMETOWN HABITAT movie at St. Charles Community College 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

September 7,2018 FALL WILDFLOWER MARKET at Shaw Nature Reserve 2:00 – 7:00 p.m.

September 15, 2018 MONARCH MADNESS at Weldon Springs 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

September 15, 2018  9:00 a.m .- 7:00 p.m. & September 16 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. GREENTREE FESTIVAL at Kirkwood Park

September 29, 2018 BCH NATIVE PLANT EXPO at Schlafly Bottleworks in Maplewood 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
